Phati ERP collects and stores data to help you manage pharmacy operations. Use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

4. Availability & Updates

• We aim to ensure high availability of the app but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may update the app and these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in-app or via our website.

5. Limitation of Liability

Phati ERP is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the app.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
